This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced project work within a main contractor environment, delivering architectural designs for Building Services Facilities and pumping stations for Railway Operations.

The position offers hybrid working flexibility alongside the opportunity to join a busy team with a strong pipeline of ongoing work and potential extensions beyond the initial contract term.

Ensure architectural design compliance with project requirements, relevant codes, standards, statutory regulations and safety-in-design principles.

Coordinate multidisciplinary design integration and resolve interfaces with civil, structural, MEP, fire, railway systems and other stakeholders.

Manage the design assurance, review and approval process, ensuring timely completion and close-out of comments and actions.

Participate in technical, O&M, interface, PRAM and HAZOP meetings, driving decisions and resolving outstanding design issues.

Oversee architectural elements, including building envelope, cladding, roofing, waterproofing, doors, louvres, finishes, access, maintenance and room layouts.
