We're recruiting for an Air Conditioning Remedial Works Estimator to join a well-established building services contractor. This role focuses on producing a high volume of accurate, competitive quotations for AC repairs, remedial works and replacement components across commercial maintenance contracts.

The successful AC Remedial Works Estimator will be:

Producing multiple quotations daily for AC remedial works, repairs and replacement partsReviewing engineers' reports and recommendations to identify and price required worksObtaining competitive prices from suppliersPreparing accurate costings for labour, materials and equipmentManaging a high volume of quotations, ensuring the client receives them within the 3-5 day SLALiaising with engineers, suppliers and internal teams to clarify technical requirementsWorking from the office, home and sites To qualify for this role as an AC Remedial Works Estimator, you'll need:

Experience estimating or quoting remedial works within Air Conditioning, HVAC or FM, using excel, word and inhouse systemsTechnical knowledge of AC systems, including splits, VRV/VRF systems and chillersAbility to interpret engineers' reports and identify required repairs and replacement componentsExperience producing multiple quotations within a fast-paced service and maintenance environmentMust be based along the M4 corridor, ideally around SwindonA background as an AC Engineer looking to move into estimating would be advantageousThe AC Remedial Works Estimator will be paid up to 45,000, depending on experience + Car Allowance + Career Progression + 25 Days Holiday + Pension.
