Nelson Permanent Placements are recruiting for an experienced administrator for on of our clients a fast growing company operating in the scaffolding and retro-fit sectors.

The successful candidate will support the day-to-day running of the scaffolding division. This is a hands on role assisting in keeping projects organised, updating the in-house systems and making sure compliance information is in order.

The role is ideal for someone who has previously worked in a similar role on the construction industry and thrives in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain and update scaffold records to ensure compliance is up to date

* Update company software with job progress and labour allocation information

* Maintain job records, updates, progress tracking and inputting to the CRM

* Liaise with site teams and supervisors to gather updates for the head of scaffolding

* Support invoicing by ensuring all job records and documentation is complete

* Assist with audits

* Strong IT Skills (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM's)
