Account Manager – Data Centre | Temp to Perm

Chiswick, West London

Perm - Upto - £80,000 / Temp-to-Perm - £41.50

Monday – Friday | Full-Time

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Account Manager to join a fantastic Facilities Management business, working on a high-profile data centre site in Chiswick.

The Role

As Account Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of FM services across the site, ensuring excellent operational performance and maintaining a strong relationship with the client.

Key responsibilities will include:

Managing the day-to-day FM service delivery across the data centre.

Leading and supporting engineering and facilities teams.

Managing PPM and reactive maintenance delivery.

Ensuring statutory compliance and Health & Safety standards are maintained.

Managing subcontractors and specialist contractors.

Monitoring KPIs, SLAs and client requirements.

Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Managing budgets, costs and additional works.

Producing reports and attending client meetings.

Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery. xjnqpsq

Ensuring the site is maintained to a consistently high standard.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as an Account Manager / Contract Manager within FM

Strong hard FM / M&E background

Experience managing engineering teams and subcontractors

Strong understanding of PPM, reactive maintenance and compliance

Excellent client-facing and communication skills

Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets

Experience within a data centre or critical environment would be highly advantageous

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
