360 Driver material re-handler

Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented 360 Material Re-Handler to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the movement, storage, and organization of materials within our facility. Your expertise in materials handling, mechanical knowledge, and warehouse management systems will ensure smooth operations, timely shipping and receiving, and optimal inventory control. Responsibilities

* Operate forklifts safely and effectively to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse

* Handle materials with precision, ensuring proper stacking, storage, and organization in accordance with safety standards

* Manage shipping and receiving processes by verifying inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and completeness

* Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to weight limits and safety protocols

* Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory movements, update records, and maintain accurate stock levels

* Conduct routine inspections of mechanical equipment and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns

* Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits to ensure inventory accuracy

* Support construction-related activities by handling specialized materials as required

Qualifications

* Proven experience operating forklifts with certification preferred

* Prior warehouse xjnqpsq experience demonstrating familiarity with materials handling procedures

* Knowledge of warehouse management systems or similar inventory software

* Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic maintenance checks on equipment

* Experience in construction or heavy lifting environments is a plus

* Strong physical stamina capable of heavy lifting and repetitive tasks throughout shifts

* Understanding of shipping & receiving processes and safety regulations in a warehouse setting
