Vintage Retro 60's Ercol Windsor Console Hall Side Table with Drawers

For sale very rare Ercol Windsor Console Table in Light Finish with original Ercol blue label.

The unit was manufactured in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire and is now back in fashion (keenly collected and highly regarded). Ercol furniture is synonymous with good design, quality materials and craftsmanship and is built for longevity. This is a real eye catching piece of vintage retro which is no longer in production.

The console table consists two large drawers and two smaller ones in the middle section. The drawers are fitted with hugely stylish oval inset handles which prove to be such an appealing feature of the Ercol Windsor range. The unit is superbly crafted and made from solid English Elm and it is standing on beechwood legs. The blue Ercol label is still present at the back panel of the console table.

The piece is in excellent vintage condition with with some light marks commensurate with age and use. It is free of any damage or wear to joints. It has been cleaned and waxed. There is a small scratch on the edge of right, bottom cupboard door (please refer to photo). Original Ercol label is still attached.
