Home and Single-Computer Support

For individual computers and one-off issues, we help with:

Windows PCs and laptops

Slow or unstable systems

Software installation and configuration

Email and account problems

New computer setup and data transfers

General troubleshooting and advice

How pricing works

Free initial 30-minute remote assessment to understand the issue and advise next steps

£79.99 for the first hour of hands-on support

For most single-computer cases, labour is capped at £150 unless further work is agreed in advance

This approach keeps costs predictable and avoids unexpected charges.

Small Business IT Support

We also support small businesses and charities that rely on their IT every day.

This includes:

Microsoft 365 and email support

User and device support

Practical security guidance

Ongoing advice and oversight

Liaison with suppliers where needed

Business IT support is provided under an agreed scope or retainer. It is not offered as casual hourly support, as it involves ongoing responsibility and continuity.

We are a small, experienced team with over 20 years of combined experience supporting computers and IT systems. We focus on clear communication, sensible recommendations, and doing things properly rather than rushing fixes.

Wow what a find. Not being very technical and having repeated problems with my computer I called Elias he was so helpful and patient, resolved the problems I was having and gave my computer a health check and improved its security. It is definitely a number to save will not use any other company now and will highly recommend to anyone looking for computer help. First class service, many thanks

Last week our computer had various issues so we used the services from Elias who was amazing. The service was great and he constantly updated and explained what he was doing so we knew and was happy to go over anything we were unsure about. We will definitely be using him again if we have any issues and would highly recommend Elias.

Elias at Evening Computing has been absolutely brilliant. He helped me out with my cyber security and general computer setup, and even took the time to come round to my house to look at my Wi-Fi setup. He’s incredibly helpful, genuine, and never pushy – it was clear he wasn’t in it for the sale, just genuinely wanted to help. A really lovely guy who gives you all the time in the world. Couldn’t recommend him more.

Evening computing has been working for us for many many years looking after our internal network and computer / office machine needs. In 2023 we decided to take them on with a monthly retainer fee as we were growing as a company and need more regular support. They are now on call anytime for any of my staff to ask him for help as and when. Elias is such an asset to us, jumping on any issue in real-time anytime of the day. He understands our needs, ethos and timelines. A huge stress from our shoulders and we are assured all is always updated, backups are running and things are smooth sailing and secure. Cannot recommend them more (not matter what size company you are).

I am an individual not a business and any security issues with avoiding scams and protecting your data on your computer or devices then he is the man to go to! What does he not know about computing??? I trust him implicitly and he always resolves any issue I have raised.
