Apple Cinema HD Display "23 - Not currently functioning

Description
Apple Cinema HD Display "23
Has not been used in a couple of years, is currently showing no signs of life.
Previously only the screen stopped coming on but power light was still flashing. Unfortunately when I went to test a few weeks ago, it is now showing no signs of life.
Screen and aluminium surround are in pretty damn good condition so seems a shame to chuck.
Someone who knows what they're doing could make use of this even just for spare parts.
Includes all cables and power adapter too as per photos.
