I offer a holistic approach to clients and each client gets a tailor made programme to suit their specific needs. I see clients in my home practice or on a Skype call so there is a flexible approach to how I see my clients.
I offer a safe place where you are able to talk and work through challenges.
I have had several years of experience working with clients to help them achieve their specific goals , I am lucky that clients trust me to help them in their difficult times.
I use several therapy styles including-
My main Therapy's are
Reiki (I am a Reiki Master)This is an ancient holistic /alternative therapy used to combat many problems , from anxiety right through to pain relief.It is non invasive and a totally relaxing experience for the client.
Crystal Healing ( crystals can energise and heal when used in a therapy session)
Indian Head Massage. ( This is a great way to de stress and relax , allowing you to switch off from your problems)
Meditation and breathing exercises ( this helps to centre a person and keep them calm , this is great for anxiety/panic attacks)
Talking therapy ( This helps a client to talk to someone outside of their normal life to relieve thoughts)
MCBT ( Mindful Cognitive Behaviour Therapy)

The above is a list of therapy I offer however it is very unlikely you will need or want all of them, as each client is different I tailor the treatment to suit each person who visits me.


I have a holistic approach to life and my practice and I do not judge anyone , I want to simply help those in need of therapy.
I have have had challenges in my life as well
I was abused as a child..... I was diagnosed with MS in my thirties..... and I was widowed at 33 years of age.
So I can empathise with you in your struggles. I suffered OCD , PTSD, confidence issues, and of course bereavement. HOwever I have healed myself and I now am lucky to be able to share my skills and knowledge in order to help others. It is a gift and an honour to help people and I am fortunate to be able to do it.


We all need support and a safe place to go in our minds and our hearts . This is a place of pure relaxation and I will use this safe place to help you overcome your problems.
