Bowen Therapy is a gentle, hands-on technique that works with the body’s soft tissue and fascia to relieve pain, reduce tension, and promote the body’s natural healing process. It can help with back and neck pain, sports injuries, joint problems, migraines, stress, and digestive or hormonal imbalances — all without forceful manipulation.
