Description
Home gym mirror that can be used for self correct on form with weights or body weight exercises OR has array of classes that can be screened via mirror using iFit ( subscription required) classes include weight training hi/low impact HiTT classes yoga, Pilates and more. There are weights at back of mirror including bar.
I used once, have never even taken a weight off. Circumstances changed and I now go to gym. Good piece of kit, even without IFit subscription. Paid nearly £1000 new for this but need the room and I have to let it go as realistically I won’t use now I go to gym
