I'm looking to rent my VO studio for three months over summer while me and my young family go on a trip around Spain. It's actually a custom built, fully deadened music session/production room but I use it for voiceover. It has ethernet connection if you need, dimmable lights, super quiet air con. The room size is about 2.5x2.5m.
It's perfect for singers, producers, VO artists, practicing musicians who need super quiet workspace to make a lot of noise. Located in the Rodhus makers studios just off Lewes Road.
The price is £270pcm and I would remain the licensee whilst it's sublet to someone. The owner of Rodhus shares it with me so he needs access til about 1030am and after that, it's mine (yours) to use whenever you like... 24 hours if you wish!
