Hello there, thanks for stopping by!
My name is Denis, I play in a band called Imperial Leisure and when I am not doing that you can find me building studios and renting them out to bands and producers in London Bristol and Brighton.
Right now I have this great medium size studio available to rent monthly.
Approx size is 3m x 3m
Would best suit a producer or anyone making music with out the need to track or rehearse live drums.
There is a shared kitchen, WCs and shower

Decent level of sound proofing

Great public transport links
Access to the building is 24/7 (some sound restrictions over night)
