I'm a jeweller renting out a space in my new studio in Hackney E5. It's a self contained unit in a vibrant and friendly studio complex that houses a variety of creative businesses. The space would be perfect for another jeweller who has their own bench and basic tools as it comes with use of my Durston rolling mill, bench polisher, ring stretcher and pickle pot. The space available is perfect for a bench and some other furniture. The front of the studio, by the doors is for both of us to use with a shared desk and chairs for doing admin, meeting clients, eating lunch etc. The studio also has it's own patio for al fresco lunches! The shared kitchen and toilet are cleaned regularly. It's a great community here with occasional social gatherings such as the summer barbecue. It's been blessedly quite cool in there too through the heatwaves. 24/7 access. Incredibly secure space.

Other makers or artists also welcome, anyone who's ok with a bit of occasional noise like hammering.

£300 per month all inclusive. Available from 1st October 2026
