I'm basically looking for a band/individual to rent on a permanent weekly basis. Whoever rents the space will be able to use the it as much or as little as they like most weekdays, all week for £75pw.
Could also do a permanent weekly slot (a slot being a regular weekday from as early as you like till about 530pm, or something similar on the weekend as there is usually time available Saturday evenings and Sunday afternoons and evenings) for £40pw
