Professional music studio - Timeshare

Description

I am a professional songwriter/ producer with my own private professional grade recording studio in Tottenham Hale - 5 mins walk from tube (Victoria line).
I am looking for one or two trustable music professionals interested in weekly timeshare option to use the studio for a set number of weekend days and/ or evenings per week.

The studio is in industrial estate with no sound restrictions. 800 square ft with control room, live room, vocal booth and internal toilet. Shared access to small kitchen and large bathroom with shower. Free private parking on site.

The studio has a very rare handmade 56 channel 1970s analogue console with major album credits including by Kraftwerk, Eurythmics, Ultravox, Echo & the Bunnymen, Brian Eno, Devo, Buzzcocks, Clean Bandit, Years and Years and Hot Chip.

Up to 40 channels of recording capacity. Monitors are Yamaha NS-10m, Genelec 1031a, Adam S3H-x and Auratone 5c. 8 individual stereo headphone lines. The studio is packed full of high end hardware, instruments, drum kits and microphones (too much to list). Use of all studio equipment is included. Desk has easy routing for personally owned hardware units if required. Plug and play with own laptop/ computer.

Weekend slots are 12 hours, evening slots are 6 hours.

1 weekend day / week = £500 per month
2 weekend days / week = £700 per month
2 weekday evenings/ week = £500 per month
1 weekend day + 1 weekday evening / week = £600 per month
1 weekend day + 2 weekday evening / week = £700 per month

Looking for people to join the creative community here and there is potential for extra studio time in return for collaborative work (production, engineering, editing etc). I should be able to offer some flexibility with timings and can sometimes swap weekend days for weekdays. No vat, 1 month deposit, all bills included.
