Time available in our bright, natural light production studio at Netil House in Hackney, East London.
The studio comes with a coworking space (24 Hour/ 7 Days a week access), free saunas and loads of other member benefits and discounts.
I've been renting this studio with my a couple of friends for the past three years and one of them is moving away.
So we're looking for a new member to join.
The space is suitable for a producer or solo music/ audio professional who occasionaly works with others, the space is small so it is not suitable for bands or collectives.
We are looking to rent out two days per week for £240, which is a fair split from the total price that we pay for the studio. - Ideally Thursdays and Friday, however this is up for negotiation and we are flexible on days/ times.
There's often plenty of evenings that the studio is free and if we can't make a day we swap or share/ give it away to another member of the studio.
