Beautiful calm paediatric therapy/ teaching rooms ideal for other allied health/ education professionals (OT/ Physiotherapy/ play therapy/ psychology/ tutoring). On the first floor of an access-controlled, secure entry building, 12 minute walk from Clapham Junction station.

We have desks in both rooms, small table & chairs (suitable for preschool/ early primary aged children) plus soft mats and tents for quiet, calming activities. Suitable for 1:1 sessions or small groups. Furniture can be removed as required. Adjustable lighting to support a feeling of calm and concentration when in the space.

The clinic includes an access-controlled entry system, and a comfortable client waiting area. Clinicians also have access to kitchen facilities, with tea and coffee available for their convenience.


£52/ morning session (8am-12pm)
£52/ afternoon session (12:30pm - 4:30pm)
£95/ full day booking (8am- 4:30pm)
£40 / evening booking (5pm- 9pm)
