We have a large 10 desk office (740sf) and a smaller 3 desk office (200sf) available currently

The larger space comprises a main office and within this space is another smaller 2/3desk office separated by glass walls and door. There is a sink unit fitted with cupboards underneath.
The main building has an area for post deliveries, plenty of toilet facilities on all levels and a small shared kitchen area.
Each office has its own electricity sub- meter so that you are only charged for what you use. Water is included, wi-fi is not.
No service charges.
The site is secure with 2 sets of gates and shutters on main doors and CCTV .
There is a car park to the front with spaces available at a charge of £45 pcm but there is also plenty of on road parking near by.
We operate on fairly flexible terms and so ask for just a month's rent as bond and payment at the start of each month. We would be looking for a 12 month minimum contract with a 2 month notice period.
There are a range of businesses in the 16 units at Works 57 but it is small enough to be a friendly, welcoming environment. We are local landlords not agents so there are no fees and you can contact us directly about any problems/maintenance issues which we will deal with as quickly as possible.
