Hello there, thanks for stopping by!
My name is Denis, I play in a band called Imperial Leisure and when I am not doing that you can find me building studios and renting them out to bands and producers in London, Bristol and Brighton.
Right now I have 2 small studios and a medium size studio available to rent monthly.
The smalls studios are approx. 2m x 3m and would best suit drummer or small band
The medium is approx. 3m x 3.5m and would best suit a producer or soloist (no drums in this one due to sound restrictions)
The unit has:
Shared kitchen, WCs and shower,
Reception area
Wi-Fi
Decent level of sound proofing
Great central location
Great public transport links
Also access to the building is 24/7 (some sound restrictions over night) and the rent is all inc. so no extra bills to pay
