The clinic is managed by the owner, who has been a practicing therapist at the clinic for the past 3 decades, and is fully aware of the needs of a professional practitioner.

About The Space

The clinic is set in a Georgian period building over 3 floors, located on a pretty parade of retail shops, a short walk from several main stations – Marylebone, Baker Street, Edgware Road and Marble Arch.

Each room’s decor is clinical, crisp, and modern, ensuring a clean, professional environment.

Our aim is to create a comfortable and professional working environment that ensures a pleasant experience for both practitioner and client.

Each room provides a blank canvas that allows each practitioner to create their own space and can easily be adapted to accommodate a consultation space, clinical medical aesthetics, holistic therapy, massage, or even talk therapy. Our built-in mood lighting is flexible and gives a perfect ambience for treatments.

Each treatment room complies with local authority requirements in providing a sink /water, central heating, electric points, ventilation and lighting (dimmable).

The room is supplied with an electric treatment coach, desk and chairs (if required).

The rental also includes the use of the reception area, waiting areas on the ground floor, mezzanine floor, courtyard, staff/kitchen area, and toilet.

Practitioners can be added to the clinic’s Special Treatment Licence at no extra charge; providing their therapy is covered under the current license (most therapies are covered).

Licence Registration

There are two types of room rental licences:

• Ad hoc Licence

• Committed Hours Licence

Ad Hoc Licence
This licence provides access to treatment rooms as and when you need them without commitment, giving you maximum flexibility. However, it is subject to availability.

You would choose this option if you did not wish to use a room at a regular time each week.

Towels and bed tissue paper are provided.

Ad Hoc Rooms Rentals are charged at an hourly rate, starting at standard room £30 per hour, Delux Room £38 per hour off peak.

Ad Hoc Bookings are available to book via the online calendar from 10am to 6pm.

To request a time after 6pm or on a Sunday please contact us.

The evenings and Sunday rates may incur a surcharge. If less than 24 hrs notice of cancellation is not provided the Full cost of the room booking will be to be charged.

Committed Hours Licence

This licence gives you options of regular fixed day/s where you are guaranteed the space unlike the Ad Hoc Licence and it allows a scale of discount; the more days you commit to, the lower the hourly rate.

Rates are tailored to suit you, and can start as low as £15 per hour depending on the total number of committed hours per month.

We would be pleased to calculate the hourly, weekly, or monthly costs for you, once we know your precise requirements.

This agreement has to added benefit of more hours in the day; a full day is from 10am to 9pm.

Towels and bed tissue paper are not provided.

Your initial commitment for the Committed Licence is 3 months, and thereafter, in the unlikely event that you wish to terminate your licence, we require 3 months’ notice in writing.

All Licences

There is no additional VAT on room rental and no extra charges.

As the Licensor we reserve the right to change the Booked Room to such other comparable Room in the Clinic as we may specify without notice to the Licensee.

Accreditation Criteria

Emporium Treatment clinic follows a strict and rigorous admission and licencing process from those it accepts as Licensees. We screen each applicant to ensure they meet
