We currently have up to four desk spaces for rent in our lovely Victorian workshop.
We are looking for individuals/small team to share our studio with. Ideally you are part of the creative industry. We are part of the Pullen’s Yards, which are based in the heart of London containing unique 1870′s work spaces.
These workshops are still home to designer/ makers. Within the yards there are diverse and established arts and artisan businesses, ranging from Potters and Furniture designers to Painters and Architects. You would be sharing with architects, a light designer and a writer.
The yard is a lovely outdoor space in summer.
One desk space measures approx. 1x2meters and includes shelf space and fast fibre internet. The rent for one desk space is £238/cm all inclusive.
Access is 24/7 and the yard is very secure with large gates that are locked in the evenings and on weekends.
