Desk in a friendly, attractive, shared office, with a bookable meeting room, kitchen (stocked with coffee, tea, milk etc), printer/copier/scanner, c70Mbps broadband, 24/7 access, security system, storage, loo, etc – in fact everything you could need without the hassle.
There are no extras and no commitment – just a month’s notice either way. I will require you to sign an agreement, which protects each of us from each other!
Rent is paid monthly by standing order at the start of the month, at a fully inclusive price of £200 per month per desk, plus 20% VAT (£40).
You’d need to pay one months returnable deposit (no VAT) of £200.
