We have available just a few units in our new facility based in Granton, located in Europe’s biggest waterfront development. With access to the surrounding areas with ease of different backgrounds, we are strategically located to meet us an opportunity not to Missed.

We have Kitchens fully fitted with;

- Extraction
- Double sinks with hot water
- Single and three phase sockets
- Minimum of 12 double 13 amp sockets

- Order processing centre
- Driver management

We offer a lot more than just a kitchen. Please find a short summary of the extra we offer below:
• Business rates all paid
• Order Processing Centre - you never have to leave your kitchen! (runners provided to pick up food from
kitchens, manages handover with drivers, maintain optimal food conditions, driver waiting area with driver
log-in for all delivery platforms)
• Staff on site from 8am until 11pm - These staff are on hand to take in deliveries for you, run orders from
your kitchen to our processing centre and general day to day help
• Communal Environment - staff break room, toilets, etc
• Account Management Support - performance insights, support in developing new brands, growth insights,
support with relationship management with on-demand delivery platforms such as Delivered ‘in’ 60,
Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat. We want you to be busy!
• Discounted Equipment available - Up to 20% discount with Nisbets and Catering Appliance - buy or
lease equipment at a discounted rate! Alternatively if you're deciding to lease equipment
then FoodService could be a better option for you.
• Marketing and Social Media Management Service – we help you with all aspects of brand management,
managing social media helping grow your brand.
• Driver Waiting Area – drivers will be ready to take orders from all platforms and ready to deliver.
• Order Direct Service – we give you a full shopping list to choose products to order direct to your
kitchen, no need to go anywhere. Range of products from meat and poultry, fruit and veg, soft
drinks, packaging, general produce required for your business.
