Description

Creative Studio Space in Walthamstow Village.

Ideal for artists and makers.

Available for 5 month short term rental until end of Feb 2027.

1st floor room available - Lots of light with beautiful original exposed beams.

It would be suitable for an artist or craftsperson, architects, film makers, designers or any creatives really. Two set designer, an artist, one jewellery maker, a stained glass artist and a florist currently use the other parts of the building.

The studio is an area at the back of the upstairs part of the building, the front part is occupied by two others, separated by a wall, but open at the near side. Due to the short term nature, it is available at a reduced price of £390 per month including VAT (£325+VAT). The floor space is 12.5 sq m.

Toilet with a shower, communal outside table, shared workshop, and hot works (forge) are downstairs. Use of the hot works could be possible if that is of interest.

The space will be available until end of Feb/ early March 2027, as I plan to start some building work on the building at that point.

Also available are two desk spaces in the downstairs workshop at £250+VAT, and a larger self containted upstairs space of 25sq m, which is £600+VAT. The desk space was recently used by a fine arts metal worker and a leather worker but all spaces would be suited to any arts and crafts work. The studio is be a peaceful place to work.
