From £20 per weekly block with lower weekend rates from £18.

Quiet professional setting suitable for confidential client work with south facing rooms offering natural light and views over a quiet lane. Warm, calm environment used by established therapists.

The rooms are suitable for therapists counsellors psychotherapists clinical psychologists hypnotherapists and other appropriate professionals and provide a calm and professional setting for client work. They can also work as private office space.

Flexible weekly block rental is available with no long-term contract.

Location & Facilities

• 5-minute walk from Charing Cross train station
• Excellent bus links on Berkeley Street and Sauchiehall Street
• On-street metered parking or low rate parking at Berkeley Street (by Sikh temple)
• Shared reception kitchen toilet facilities and Wi-Fi
• All bills included apart from a small cleaning fee
• 2nd floor location with stair access only (no lift)

Rental Details

Rooms are let on a fixed weekly block basis only for example every Monday morning.
You would take the same block each week and have the option to take multiple blocks across different days or times and across both rooms. Current block availability is shown below.

Discount available when taking 3 or more weekly blocks.

Each day is divided into 3 fixed blocks:
• Morning – up to 12.30pm (access from whenever you like and leave by 12.45pm)
• Afternoon – 1–5pm (access from 12.45pm and leave by 5.15pm)
• Evening – 5.30pm onwards (access from 5.15pm and leave when you like)

Rooms are not available by the hour monthly or on an ad-hoc basis.

There is no long-term contract and just one month’s written notice is required if you decide to leave.

Costs

Costs are averaged across the year so you pay the same fixed amount each month which makes budgeting easier.

Weekday rates
• Room 1 (larger room): £21 per weekly block
• Room 2 (smaller room): £20 per weekly block

Weekend rates
• Room 1: £19 per block
• Room 2: £18 per block

Example monthly cost
• Room 2 (weekday): £20 × 52 weeks ÷ 12 months = £87 per month + £5 cleaning = £92 per month
• Room 2 (weekend): £18 × 52 weeks ÷ 12 months = £78 per month + £5 cleaning = £83 per month
• The cleaning charge is applied monthly and the maximum you would pay is £5

For a 4-hour afternoon block the cost works out at around £5–£6 per hour depending on weekday or weekend rate when calculated from the averaged monthly rate across the year and this includes all costs.

• Mondays (2 blocks): up to 12.30pm / 1–5pm
• Tuesdays (2 blocks): up to 12.30pm / 5.30pm onwards
• Wednesdays: no availability
• Thursdays (2 blocks): up to 12.30pm / 5.30pm onwards
• Fridays (1 block): 5.30pm onwards
• Saturdays (3 blocks): up to 12.30pm / 1–5pm / 5.30pm onwards
• Sundays (3 blocks): up to 12.30pm / 1–5pm / 5.30pm onwards

• Copy of public liability insurance
• Rooms are for therapists and other appropriate professionals only
