The site is perfectly placed to deliver to the wealthier boroughs of Fulham, Chelsea, Parsons Green, West Brompton, Kensington High Street, Earls Court, Wandsworth, Battersea, Putney and many more.
Everything included (separate walk in fridge/freezer and dry storage space, pest control, fire alarm/extingishers, waste & recycling, business rates, 2 toilets and shower, cleaning of common parts and much more. Gas and Electricity charged at cost on your usage.
The first is our finest 21 SQM kitchen, Gas and Electricity, which comes unequipped (so you get 3 x sinks and extraction hood - but you bring everything else) with floor to ceiling glass at the front and directly accessible for drivers at the front of the building. £2,750 rent + £500 services (operational support fees) per month ex VAT.
The second is a very reasonably priced large kitchen...ideal for a startup....on the second floor, 33 SQM (lots of storage space). This is electric only, but comes equipped with prep tables, microwaves, induction hobs, convection oven, 4 undercounter fridges a chest freezer. £2,000 rent + £500 services (operational support fees) per month ex VAT.

THE BUILDING
We have 7 kitchens in the building - which are carefully and efficiently managed, as I am on site throughout the week.
I’m permanently based on site @ Imperial Wharf to help deal with requests/issues as and when they arise. I work hard to provide you with all you need to operate as efficiently as possible... which means that you can get on with making your brand succeed.

We don’t have hidden charges. We have a fully transparent, all-inclusive fixed pricing system of monthly rent + an all inclusive operational support fee (for pest control, waste, business rates, cleaning of toilets, showers etc) so you KNOW how much you will pay.

• A huge walk-in fridge/freezer
• Separate dry-storage space for food, containers, packaging materials

All our units are carefully and flexibly designed to suit food businesses of all kinds.
Each kitchen is slightly different and range from 18 to 31 SQM. They do not come equipped. They come with just the extraction system, 3 sinks (inc hand wash), lighting and electricity/gas hookups. They can then be customised to the exact needs of your business.

Our monthly rent & operational support fee covers everything listed below:.
• Gas: 3 x gas attachment points. Gas supply = 70kW max (KCN 7 is electric only but comes with most equipment you will need)
• Electricity: 1 x three phase supply, 1 x single phase supply & 10 x 3 pin wall plugs
• Electricity Supply: 63a max. Usage micrometered and charged @ cost
• Extraction: 2.5m x 1.5m canopy, fresh air intake & gas interlock system
• Sinks: Double prep sink with rinse tap & spray arm PLUS separate handwash sink
• Water: Hot and cold water PLUS dedicated water supply + waste to the cooking area
• Refrigeration/Freezer Space: Separate, dedicated shelves in fridge & freezer rooms
• Dry Storage Space: Separate, dedicated shelves in ambient dry storage room
• Safety Features: Personal fire detection system PLUS CCTV + smart lock access
• 24 Hour Access: Own front door/direct access to outside
• Waste Management: Full range of waste and recycling bins
• Pest Control: Externally contracted with regular visits
