Cheap Desk Space In Creative Studio in Hackney Downs

Hello!

My name is Daryl and I am subletting a desk space in Hackney Downs Studios. It is studio space which is part of a large open floor studios. The floor is shared with lots of other amazing creatives, who work across a variety of practices from writing, to painting, to interior design to illustration. I have a large section of space in the studio. My space is one of the few spaces that has a large window that brings in natural light. My studio space is also one of the few spaces that has shoulder height walls for privacy as well. I myself am an illustrator, however I only really use the space on Mondays, Wednesdays and the odd weekend day if I need to. There is another person whom I share my space with, she is another artist and she is very rarely in also.

The desk is a nice 70's wooden desk. There is a good amount of space next to the desk if you wanted to store some bits in. The desk has been occupied by a photographer for the last few years.

There is also a nice kitchen and sofa area on the floor. The studio has a really nice community vibe and would be perfect for writers, graphic designers, illustrators, photographers. There is always lots of community events and exhibitions happening at Hackney Downs, as well as having really good cafes and lunch spots near by.

The space has recently been left so it is available for someone to move in right away. Let me know if you are interested and I can arrange a viewing.
