We are offering a unique kitchen residency opportunity within our established West End venue, positioned in the heart of London’s theatre district.

This is not simply a kitchen to rent, but a multi-service platform for a chef or food concept to operate, grow, and build a following across several high-value trading windows.

We provide a fully fitted professional kitchen alongside a complete front-of-house operation, allowing you to focus entirely on delivering an exceptional food offer.

Service opportunities:

The venue operates across three distinct and commercially attractive dayparts:

Pre-theatre (5pm – 7pm): High-volume, fast-turnaround service for theatre-goers
Evening show service (from 7pm): Ideal for small plates, sharing concepts, or efficient in-service dining
Late-night (until 3am): A strong opportunity to deliver a standout late-night food concept in a high-footfall central London location
Weekly Bottomless Brunch on Saturdays (averaging 100 guests)

Outside of these core hours: Private Hires, Christmas Parties.

There is also scope to extend the concept onto delivery platforms, creating additional revenue beyond in-venue trade.
