Description
Comfortable and well-lit space for rent on a 24/7 basis in a nicely renovated beauty room in the heart of Manchester city centre. Prime location on Princess Street (3 min walk from St Peter's Square tram stop). Will suit cosmetologist/lash master/nail beautician/permanent makeup/tattoo artist, etc.
This will be your own dedicated space in the room with 24/7 access.
Option 1: Use the entire beauty room from Monday to Thursday with 24-hour access. No one else will be in the room during these 4 days and you can use the beauty bed and light lamp provided. Rent: £500 per calendar month
Option 2: Install your own beauty bed and equipment on the other side of the room and use it 7 days a week with 24-hour access. It will be your own dedicated space and no one will use it except you. You will share the room with another beautician. Rent: £500 per calendar month.
This fantastic beauty room is licensed by Manchester City Council for permanent makeup treatment and you can also get it licensed for various types of beauty business if needed. The room is equipped with a wash basin (with constant hot and cold water), hand towel unit, air conditioner and heating.
Will NOT suit hair stylist - this is not a hair salon.
All bills are included in rent (electricity, water, broadband WiFi and sharps and offensive waste collection). Toilet facilities available.
