An amazing opportunity has become available for anyone looking to rent an office or studio space in the heart of Edinburgh’s West End.

Located in the beautiful Arthur Conan Doyle Centre, our room rental includes a tearoom on the ground floor, a small garden for a peaceful break, and amazing views of the Edinburgh skyline. Whatever your goals are you will feel inspired by the surroundings: our building overlooks the nearby church and the castle.

We have a cozy office space available in the Basement, one room on the first floor ideal for counselling or therapies, two spacious rooms with a stunning view on the second floor, and finally a lovely and well-lit attic space, ideal for creative work.

The Centre is extremely easy to find. Located five minutes from Haymarket Station, the area is a hub for trains, buses and trams. Any out-of-town clients can be entertained in our downstairs tearoom.

We invite anyone interested to arrange a private viewing as soon as possible as we expect this space to be rented quickly.

Please note, the rooms upstairs are accessible only by a staircase. Internet access, parking and studio cleaning are not included in the price.

The Sir Arthur Conan Doyle Centre is a non-profit charity serving the community by providing a space to nurture physical, mental and spiritual well-being. We are accommodated in the splendid surroundings of an elegant Victorian townhouse, originally built for the Edinburgh brewer and philanthropist William McEwan. It is one of a few of such Edinburgh houses remaining intact in their original form.

The Centre already acts as a home for a number of artists and writers, as well as holistic practitioners and chess therapist. We pride ourselves on supporting creative and artistic endeavours of all kinds.
