Available to rent on Mondays from 1st December 2025, this is a gorgeous and peaceful therapy space used by a small collective of therapists. It is part of an old townhouse in the West End of Edinburgh, on a quiet street that is a 30-second walk from Haymarket train and tram station.

Unlike most therapy rooms which are used as a profit-making asset by a single therapist or landlord, we share the space and costs of this room equally and not-for-profit. This helps us keep rental costs down, and helps create a therapy environment that feels good for everyone using it.

The rental cost of this room is £125 per calendar month. For this price you get 24-hour access to the room, every Monday. On a typical month this equates to approximately £31 per day, for the whole day. This gives flexibility and spaciousness when managing your diary, taking breaks, writing up notes, and avoids that feeling of stress that can occur when rooms are rented by the hour or small block of hours.

This room is not suitable for therapists looking for occasional or sporadic use; it is only suitable for therapists looking for a long-term rental, using the room week in, week out.

The room has been furnished sensitively, with an emphasis on calming, grounding colours and lighting. There are houseplants throughout the space. Seating is a 2-person sofa and 1-person armchair; there is an antique bureau which doubles as a work space for writing notes and conducting online consultations.

Included in the rent is a professional receptionist during office hours (including intercom notification of clients arriving, if desired); 2 kitchens; shower facilities; waiting area; toilets; superfast WiFi; bike rack. The rental also includes access to a beautiful and well-maintained private garden opposite the building.

The room is situated on the 1st floor of an old Georgian townhouse; please be aware that there is no lift in the building.
