Description
We are looking for a Support Worker for an immediate start in Greater Manchester. Several roles are available across the Greater Manchester region and surrounding areas. Join our community care team, visiting clients in their own homes to provide essential care, assist with cooking, and maintain independent living.
Key Duties:
- Travel to client homes to assist with routines.
- Prepare light meals and assist with medication prompts.
- Perform light domestic duties.
- Provide meaningful companionship and support.
Candidate Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Enhanced DBS check required.
- Right to work in the UK.

- Job Type: Permanent
