Night shift commercial cleaner

Description

We are looking for reliable, hardworking and experienced night shift commercial cleaners and supervisors to join our team.

We are particularly interested in candidates with spa cleaning experience, although previous commercial cleaning or professional cleaning experience is essential.

Night Shift Commercial Cleaner

Responsibilities include:

Cleaning and maintaining commercial premises to a high standard
Following cleaning schedules and procedures
Ensuring all areas are cleaned thoroughly and presented to a high standard
Working independently and as part of a team
Following health, safety and hygiene procedures
Reporting any issues or maintenance requirements

Rate of pay: from £16 per hour

Night Shift Cleaning Supervisor

We are also looking for an experienced Night Shift Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations and support the cleaning team.

Responsibilities include:

Supervising and supporting the night cleaning team
Ensuring cleaning standards are consistently maintained
Checking completed work and carrying out quality checks
Managing cleaning schedules and allocating tasks
Training and supporting cleaning staff where required
Reporting issues and providing feedback to management
Ensuring health, safety and cleaning procedures are followed

Higher rates of pay available for the supervisory role, depending on experience.

What We're Looking For

Previous commercial or professional cleaning experience is essential
Spa cleaning experience is highly desirable
Previous supervisory experience is desirable for the supervisor position
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Good attention to detail
Able to work night shifts
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Professional and responsible approach to work

Could be Full time or Part-time, and both employed and self-employed positions are available.
