Description

At The Lovat, we have a philosophy we call "Coftie" - it's about slowing down, being thoughtful, and creating genuine connections. We're not chasing trends or rushing through service; we're about offering our guests the space to truly relax into the rhythm of the Highlands. That same approach extends to our team - we value people who care about what they do, who take pride in the details, and who understand that real hospitality comes from authenticity, not just efficiency.

Fort Augustus is a special place to work. You're surrounded by extraordinary landscapes, you're part of a close-knit community, and the seasons genuinely shape your days. Our Head Chef Sean Kelly embodies our "Forage, Grow, Gather" philosophy, and that commitment to local, sustainable, and thoughtful practice runs through everything we do.

Join our awesome team and get harmony in your life with the great outdoors waiting for you to enjoy...wild swimming, bouldering, hiking, paddle boarding and cycling right on our doorstep!
