Minco Cleaning Solutions is a growing cleaning company based in Acton, covering West and South West London. We're looking for reliable cleaners to join our pool for ongoing end of tenancy work.

What the job involves:

Cleaning residential properties, mainly end of tenancy cleans, with occasional regular domestic and commercial jobs. Work is spread across areas including Acton, Ealing, Hounslow, Wandsworth, Battersea, Clapham, Kensington, Twickenham and surrounding areas. You'll usually be working alongside another cleaner rather than solo.

Hours:

This is part time, flexible work rather than a fixed schedule. Jobs come in based on end of tenancy demand, so hours vary week to week, some weeks busier than others. This suits someone looking for flexible extra work rather than guaranteed regular hours.

What we're looking for

Previous cleaning experience, ideally including end of tenancy or deep cleaning work. Reliable and punctual, letting agents depend on us showing up on time and doing the job properly. Own transport preferred, given the spread of job locations across London. A genuine attention to detail, we take pride in our work and it shows in repeat bookings from agents and landlords.

Pay:

Pay is per job rather than a flat hourly rate, typically working out to around £15 an hour depending on the job, paid after each job is completed.
