Description
Self employed outdoor caretaker required - Outdoor Daily Cleaning - 1.5hrs Per Day - 10 hrs a Week over 7 Days - £140 PW
Tue - Sun 1.5 Hrs each morning, 1 Hr on Monday mornings
This an unsupervised self employed role Litter picking, emptying pedestrian bins every morning plus some sweeping at a retail park in Middleton Leeds. This would suit someone who has their own start up business / trade and wants some extra regular work, or someone who needs a side hustle. Can be done early morning before going to another job.
The start / finish time is flexible between 22:00 - 0900 (when the shops are shut) but it is best to work in daylight somewhere between 06:00 - 09:00 is best depending on the season.
You will need to get yourself to the site and work on your own initiative to clean the site each morning. You can bring your own equipment if you choose or there will be equipment available to borrow at first to get you started. You can wear anything suitable for outdoor work but you will need a hi vis vest as there are moving vehicles on site.
No experience necessary just common sense and your head screwed on.
