Note: The Sage Dual Boiler was purchased as part of the Dynamic Duo for £1300. The Smart Grinder Pro was sold privately and the proceeds used to purchase the Niche Zero coffee grider (also for sale). The box and packaging for the Sage Dual Boiler Espresso machine will be for the Dynamic Duo. This has no impact or detrament to the Sage Dual Boiler and or use of the machine. It just comes in slightly different box (see photos).

At the heart of this machine is a dual boiler heating system. The boiler, for the espresso shot, is PID temperature controlled, while a separate steam boiler offers instant and powerful steam on demand. So you can extract your shot at the right temperature, delivering optimal flavour, while simultaneously steaming your milk.
