Offer: Free Integrated Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) Sessions
I am a recently trained Integrated Eye Movement practitioner seeking volunteers to help me complete my certification. I am offering two FREE 1.5-hour sessions focused on processing and reducing the distress of negative memories.
What is Integrated Eye Movement (IEM)?
IEM is a gentle and powerful therapeutic technique that uses guided eye movements to help the brain reprocess difficult memories. It can help to lessen the emotional charge of past negative experiences, making them feel less overwhelming.
This is ideal for you if:
You have a specific negative memories that still bother you.
You feel stuck or distressed by something from your past.
You are curious about alternative therapeutic approaches and want to experience it in a safe, supportive environment.
You are willing to commit to two 1.5-hour sessions via Teams one week apart and a follow up phone call
What to Expect:
- A confidential, safe, and non-judgmental space.
- Completion of a consultation form before the session
- A 15 minute initial consultation to discuss the process, your goal and the completed consultation form
- Two 1.5-hour sessions using the IEM technique.
This is a free opportunity as I am completing my practice hours.
My Availability:
Wednesdays & Fridays: Evenings after 5:30 PM via Teams
Weekends: Flexible availability (daytime or evening) via Teams
