Description
Hello, we are starting new pilates classes for pairs (you+1). They will be aimed to improve flexibility, strenghth, balance and posture. I have been teaching pilates since 2010 and now would like to bring more fun into the sessions - hence working in pairs. You are welcomed to come on your own and join with another participant.
Sessions will be either on Tuesdays at 7.45pm or Saturdays at 10.30am, for 1 hr at St.Thomas church, starting from February 17th.
Booking is essential. £10/pp
