Description
Hello, anyone interested in enhancing their wellbeing this year, I am starting new pilates classes for pairs (you+1). They will be aimed to improve flexibility, strenghth, balance and posture. I have been teaching pilates since 2010 and now would like to bring more fun into the sessions - hence working in pairs.
Sessions will be either on Tuesdays at 7.45pm or Saturdays at 10.30am, for 1 hr at St.Thomas church, starting from February.
