Online Violin and Viola Lessons

Description

I am a classically trained violinist and violist. I am a qualified teacher, with a bachelor's degree with distinction, from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and a diploma in Music Teaching and Performance from the Royal Irish Academy of Music. I have been teaching students of all ages and levels since 2021, both over Zoom and in person. As a performer, I have plenty of experience performing both as a soloist and in ensembles. As a soloist, I was recently awarded first place in the Guildhall School Max and Peggy Viola Prize, and the Irish Heritage Homan Potterton Bursary, where I performed at Wigmore Hall. I have freelanced with the BBC Philharmonic, National Symphony Orchestra of Ireland, alongside members of the Aurora Orchestra at Southwell Music Festival, and have upcoming engagements with the Irish National Opera Orchestra. I play in an award-winning string quartet, who perform in the UK and Europe.

I love teaching people of all ages and levels - from beginner level all the way up! My fees are: - 50 Pounds for a 60-minute lesson. - 45 pounds for a 45-minute lesson. - 40 pounds for a 30-minute lesson. I teach online over Zoom and I have an enhanced DBS.
