Description
Nature Beats is a fun therapeutic small group where we combine music via silent disco headphones, you can choose to dance / or walk with us in natural environments by the sea.
This combination including dance and music is proven to help improve wellness even more than yoga, and being in nature by the sea brings even more benefits.
There’s a maximum group size of 6.
A range of popular music from older to new.
Sessions are £10 and are fully insured.
You have the option to purchase Nature Beats clothing merchandise and join our community group on our own app
Session times and locations are disclosed to members - these run early mornings or early evening currently.
Sessions are approx 45-60 minutes.
