Maths tuition ONLINE / IN PERSON for all ages and abilities.

I currently work full time as a maths teacher and specialise in maths at all key stages.

I have over 20 years experience in the teaching profession and am now offering my services after school, during school holidays and at the weekend to aid students in any stage of their learning.

I offer the first lesson free of charge and you will be under no obligation to continue.

My style of delivery will involve taking topics and breaking them down to their basic parts and rebuilding from there. In this way a student is more likely to understand and recall exactly how to tackle similar and more complicated problems. I try to avoid methods involving the memorising of tricky formula but opt for more graphical/visualisation techniques. I strive to make maths an enjoyable and understandably required discipline.

Rates are £60 per hour for one to one tuition including resources.

I specialise in GCSE, iGCSE and A Level mathematics but can provide tuition at any level.

As I am at work during the school day you can call me after 3pm or just text and we can take it from there.

I can provide references on request and of course am fully DBS certified/passed.

A little background:
After graduating from university with a masters degree in mathematics I spent 10 years travelling the world and working as a scuba diving instructor and English teacher. I have been based in the UK since getting married and have a 12 year old son and a 5 year old daughter.
