Join a fun and friendly group who love hooping!
You will learn all the basics of hooping including how to easily hoop on your waist and transition into
hand hooping and if you are more advanced I will teach
you fun complex combos and tricks that will challenge and inspire you to create your own hoop flow and style.
Learn hoop tricks and combos for hands, waist, chest, shoulders, knees, elbows....
This six week course is suitable for absolute beginners- intermediate level hooping.
Venue: Hanover Centre, Southover Street, BN2
Booking in Advance Essential limited to 7 hoopers!
I will bring hoops for everyone to use but feel free to bring your own.
