Description
I am a friendly and experienced Digital Skills Coach and Tech Support specialist, offering practical help with both laptops and mobile phones. I support people in getting the most out of their devices, whether they are learning the basics, improving confidence, or fixing everyday tech problems.
Alongside digital skills coaching, I also provide hands-on tech support and advice on common hardware and accessories. This includes guidance on mobile phone issues such as cracked screen solutions, charging problems, and performance issues, as well as help identifying when repairs or replacements are needed. I can also advise on useful equipment such as laptop and phone chargers, adaptors, USB accessories, WiFi dongles, memory cards, and other everyday tech essentials that make devices easier and more reliable to use.
My aim is to keep things simple and practical. I explain things clearly, without jargon, and work at a pace that suits you. Whether you need help setting up a new device, fixing an issue, installing software, connecting to WiFi, or choosing the right accessory for your setup, I offer patient step-by-step support.
I can help with Microsoft Word, email, internet browsing, printer setup, software installation, and general troubleshooting across Windows laptops, PCs, Android phones, and iPhones. I also give advice on safer, more efficient ways to use your devices day-to-day.
Support is available for beginners, older adults, and anyone who just wants straightforward, reliable help with technology at home or remotely.
If you want honest advice, practical solutions, and friendly support with your tech, I’m here to help make things easier and less stressful.
