Cannondale HT-3 29er bike

Description

Here I have my Cannondale HT-3 29er size medium bike it in good condition everything works including all gears and brakes. Originally this bike was 1x10 but I wanted more gear range so I changed it to 1x12 so now it got a entire brand new drivetrain: Shimano Deore M6100 12spd drivetrain: shifter, derielleur, chain, cassette, and the 170mm cranks with a 30T chainring. As the stock rear wheel was no longer compatible due to it being HG freehub and the 12spd microspline I purchased a brand new rear wheel (Raceface ARC30 with a SLX hub with centre rotor lock) very loud buzzing hub sound with incredible high level engagement (the new rear wheel cost me £230). In addition, the stock MT-200 brakes were ok but I also upgraded them to Shimano Deore MT4100/MT420 both 4 piston brakes which are now more powerful. As the original dropper post was 120mm l upgraded it to 150mm one. The bottom bracket I changed it to a fresh new one a Deore XT MT800.
I upgraded the stem to a shorter truvativ husslefelt stem which is 40mm in length and 31.8mm bar diameter.
Upgraded the bar too 780mm wide. New grips Deity lockjaw lock on grips recently fitted, new gel saddle, new composite nylon Rockbros pedals fitted. As it a hardtail bike with only 1 suspension I changed the stock suntour fork to a better rockshox pike 150mm with debonair. Fork is now a lot more plush and just saves some weight from the stock suntour fork. Just fitted 2x new Maxxis minion 29er tires on too (costed me almost £100)
Overall this bike is an amazing bike with some nice upgrades fitted to make it ride better and more unique. Front is 15x110 and rear is 12x148 boost spacing. Lots of money spent on this bike build
