Description

The Citroen Spacetourer is an ideal vehicle if you are looking for versatile wheelchair transport; this one will seat four + occupied wheelchair, with lots of space for luggage, disability equipment, or perhaps a second wheelchair. It will fit into a normal parking space, and the roof level shouldn't interfere with height entry barriers.

Converted by G M Coachworks, the adaptation gives a full length recessed floor, allowing the wheelchair user to genuinely sit between the two rear seats. [Note that other converters have a shorter length floor, so limiting the inclusivity for the wheelchair]. I have shown in the photos our powerchair - not included in the sale - secured between the seats to illustrate this. Both the floor and sides of the recessed floor are also protected with a durable wipe clean surface. Having a single front passenger seat allows easy internal access to the rear, should the wheelchair user require assistance.

The rear seats comprise an original reclining Citroen seat on the offside [with Isofix points], set on tracks, that can be folded flat or removed. The nearside seat is a G M Coachworks Addition; this can be easily removed if more space is required. See photos.

The vehicle is in exceptional condition and looks and operates 'like new' - it is certainly stunning in its black livery, and the alloy wheels set it off nicely! This version of the Spacetourer has the full 'Feel' specification, and everything associated with this appears to be working as it should.

We purchased the vehicle earlier this year, but due to circumstances have been unable to use it [just over 100 miles in our ownership]. Prior to this it was a one owner Motability Car. On selling, the dealer put 12 months MOT on it, carried out a service, and included a new set of tyres.
