3. Vehicle Condition
3.1 All Vehicles are sold as used and may have wear and tear consistent

specific requirements.
4. Price and Payment

4.2 Payment must be made in full or as agreed upon by Us and You, and is
due prior to delivery of the Vehicle unless otherwise specified.

5. Deposit and Refunds
5.1 A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure a Vehicle. The
deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of purchase.
5.2 If You fail to complete the purchase, the deposit will not be
refunded.
5.3 If We are unable to deliver the Vehicle for any reason, You will be
entitled to a full refund of any payments made.
6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery of the Vehicle will be arranged once payment has been
received in full.
6.2 Delivery charges (if applicable) will be outlined and agreed upon
prior to the transaction.
6.3 We aim to deliver Vehicles within the timeframe agreed upon, but We
are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond Our control.
7. Warranty and After-Sales Support
7.1 Unless otherwise specified, all used Vehicles sold by Us are
provided with a statutory warranty under applicable law.
7.2 The warranty period and coverage details will be provided in the
