Description
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our kitchen team at a very well-established, high-end, country gastro pub in a beautiful village setting.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is genuinely passionate about food and who wants to develop their skills in a professional, high quality kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, will be keen to learn and develop their culinary skills, work well as part of a team, take pride in their work and must be English speaking.
Previous kitchen experience is desirable but we are also happy to consider someone at the beginning of their professional chef career who has the right attitude, enthusiasm and passion for food.
This is a live-in, full time position - 5 days a week, split shifts, working alongside an experienced and talented team.
All food will be provided and there is no additional charge for food, rent or bills. You will have a large double bedroom and receive a share of tips on a monthly basis.
Salary starting from 25,000.00/year, depending on age and experience
